Registration at the Register of Business Names, either in Valencia, in Alicante or in Madrid.
Settlement of VAT, accounts deposit, tax on societies and legalised accounts books, in accordance
with the constitution date of the company.

Advantages
All the administrative proceedings are greatly reduced since they are limited to less
than 72 hours, when the usual time is between 45 and 60 days, or even more in case of problems.
This allows you to start working straight away, which can be invaluable in some case,
as, for example, when you need to buy something at a public auction, when you have to ask for
a permit or when you want to ask for an urgent credit in the name of the society.
Besides, you must know that so long the company is not duly registered, it cannot
cash any credit even if this latter has been already granted by a financial entity.
Under the present law in force, the corporate capital must be paid up,
which means that the amount of 3.006 € must be paid in a bank as soon as the
proceedings are initiated and the bank must issue the corresponding certificate.
Said corporate capital shall be blocked until the company is registered. With our service, no capital need being paid out since it has already been deposited in due time and then withdrawn from the bank and placed, to all effects into the company´s till.
The name of the different partners need not be publicly known, since there is no obligation to register the shares sale-purchase deed.
Ample freedom to combine Spanish transactions with tax-free foreign companies.

The change of name of the society ( optional)
In case the company´s business address is in a province other than that where it is registered
( we have societies in Valencia, Alicante and Madrid), the dossier gets transferred.
We register the company in the Register of Business names that corresponds to the new deed of change
of administrator.
